My coaching:

In a busy world I offer my clients the ‘time out’ they need for themselves. I think of myself as untangling the ‘spaghetti’ in their head, helping shape their thoughts into simple but powerful action plans - working together to remove barriers and enable their steps towards important personal goals.

Three adjectives that best describe me:

authentic, supportive and fun.

My life's motto is...

‘It’s never too late to change what you want to be when you grow up’

About me:

My journey to becoming a coach has been long and rewarding.  After years in administrative and support roles, I moved into training and development and ultimately found my niche; coaching and mentoring individuals and groups.

I’m extremely proud of my own journey; regaining control of my life and moving forward positively when all seemed hopeless and lost. The challenges I faced in creating my own plan, and the personal actions I’ve taken, mean I have a natural empathy with others who have obstacles to overcome.

I have been described by clients as a ‘secret weapon’.  I give them the time, space and support to take control of their lives.  From time management to self-confidence, building self-esteem and belief, my listening ear and ‘words of wisdom’ have provided many people with the impetus to make the changes they desire.

My hero:

I have two heroes who really stand out are both authors; J K Rowling and Beatrix Potter because they both remained focused on what they wanted (to be published) even when others around them (publishers in Rowling’s case and family in Potter’s case) were being negative about their talent and wants.  They both went on to be highly successful authors… and Potter has left a wonderful legacy to the UK in her gift of acres of the Lake District.
