Presentation title: "What makes you who you are?"

How do you really want to be? What's your sense of spirit? Your state of mind and consciousness are what you allow them to be. Aspire even in the most simplest things.   We are born naturally inquisitive and curious. Return to your centre of "being" and re-identify yourself.

I love how you have linked this to walking a simple message that everyone can understand. Good Luck

A quite natural speaker, who encourages you to come closer. Has potential to be a really charismatic teacher.

Explains concepts well, and I think he may benefit by making a few key points with less ‘standard’ words, perhaps linking with stories or even examples from his own life.

Peter Stanford gives clear explanations and is easy to watch with his real box.

He is enthusiastic and positive and really gets into his subject. He keeps things interesting because he's interested.

A good practical approach to making positive change on a subtle level.

I liked – Good use of box and learning to walk examples.

Improve – stick to one clear metaphor either box or universe for audience clarity or use the nested looping technique to incorporate both.

Overall Liked – The tying up of yogic phrase back to box.
