Charismatic. Made his points very, very clear.
Comes across experienced and really knows his stuff. I can see him being a really successful coach, really helping a lot of people.
He gave an excellent presentation. He has great potential to go far.
I think he has much more of himself still to show - who he really is as a person. I think that this will encourage an even broader spectrum of people to relate to him even more.

Elliot Kay got us involved early on with an idea for an exercise.
He's got contagious energy, plenty of variety in his voice and is an engaging presenter. I felt he has a great deal to share and can imagine him being encouraging as a business coach.
Something to look out for in future for speaking as a coach could be more audience engagement, perhaps of the kind introduced at the beginning.

I liked - Involvement of audience by writing down jobs and skills – a proven method.
Improve – lots of hand clasping during presentation.
Overall Liked – linking the skills and job writing with entrepreneurs.

Great presentation from someone who has a wonderful personality, strong abilities and effective techniques.
Elliot is meant for the stage. He, like me, loves public speaking, so he should do it often because that way he can reach and help so many people. What a great future he has as a coach. Go Elliot!
