Presentation title: "The secret to sustainable change"

Being able to reliably move from depression to connection at will is a skill few of us master. In this presentation, I share the story of how I overcame deep suffering after witnessing my best friend get nearly beaten to death, and offer insights into how you can do the same.

Very honest and genuine. Draws you in with this. Good to share a story that is compelling.

His message is really strong because of a powerful personal journey that was meaningful for him.

So he’s speaking from the heart about what he knows rather than something he’s read in a book. I find that this always makes a difference.

Christian Pankhurst is lively, personable, passionate and shares a very intelligent message indeed about emotions.

I'd trust him as someone who could work sensitively and effectively with emotions.

Things to look out for in the future are not to start speaking too quickly when getting excited about the message and finding a way to start that doesn't involve what you decided not to do, but I got an excellent idea of how very helpful and powerful Christian's coaching could be.

I liked – the getting out of head and using heart.

Improve - Kept saying the word ‘Pain’ so much so that he created a strong link with himself and pain.

Overall Liked – His passion and gesticulations.

I thought Christian did a very brave and risky thing, but it did pay off and he comes across as someone who is passionate and involved in life.

He definitely has his own style and that is something to be commended and encouraged, I think he will make connections with people wherever he goes because of his raw honesty and energy.
