Clear. Easy to follow. Good use of a few simple steps.
I like the use of metaphors/images. People remember the images, so it will be easy to remember his message.
Perhaps would benefit from relating to more of his own personal journey, and people would resonate even more with him, as I can see he has so much to share that could help others.
There’s much compassion in him, which makes people want to listen to what he has to say.

Bryce Alford makes an excellent point about 'escape velocity' and taking action.
His pace is good, he asks good questions and the space travel comparison is good. I can imagine the audience being able to reflect on their own future plans.
Things to look in the future are looking at the audience to establish a connection before looking at the powerpoint screen and getting more emotional variety going with the audience.
