I am a teacher of Usui Reiki Ryoho, helping others to utilise life force energy in every day life. Over 30 techniques are taught over 3 levels, empowering people to heal their lives. I also offer ongoing support at Reiki monthly meetings held at Mugdock Country Park near Milngavie.

About me:
I set up Life Force Energy (Reiki) in 2003 to give treatments and to teach others the benefits of Reiki after discovering for myself that you can heal by utilising the life force energy available to all of us.
My hero:
My late father.
He survived the conditions of the jungle as a chindit in Burma during the 2nd world war.
In 1968, he endured a lingering death with cancer of the bowel at a time when little help was available for patients or their families.
